We had 6 windows replaced by Window World. At first we had a few issues that concerned us and we weren’t sure how Window World would handle our problems. Some were aesthetic but one was functionality. When a kitchen cupboard door was opened, the door handle could potentially hit and break the new window. We were pleased when Joey came to evaluate our concerns. He quickly had an appointment scheduled to solve our issues. His work was fast and very well done. Both Joey and his assistant were very professional and personable.

The salesman Sam Schell was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the product and prices. I had 9 windows and 1 Patio sliding door installed. The installers Rick, Jason and Amy were very good with clean up and installing the products. They double checked everything before leaving. We had one sash with a scratched glass and one screen that was not properly made to size correctly from factory. That was taken care of before they left. Things do happen we are all human. But overall very pleased with my purchase.

We had whole house windows installed and I noticed 2 small air bubbles inside one window glass. I called the service center, she took down my information. They ordered another window and called me back for an install date and time. Mr Joey was at our home promptly at our agreed time and had it installed, working properly in no time.
