I called Window World kind of in a panic because I noticed my big picture window frame had completely started falling apart when I hit it with the pressure washer. Sam came out- same day- and was able to ease my mind and make a plan. Not only did he walk me through all of my options but I found out I could finance this project! While here he navigated a house with a toddler running around beautifully and even sang Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer to her! I think my little one thinks Sam is her long lost uncle because he really did treat us like family.

All the staff at Window World were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Larry helped us with ordering our windows and told us that they could take out our bow window and make it a slider. We got 7 windows and a sliding door. Ricky and Tara did a great job getting the old windows out and putting the new ones in. They did a great job on our sliding door too. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
We will be back to order siding and a new front door at a later date. Thank you all so much.

Miguel and his crew were great. We replaced 11 windows and the patio door, all of which were completed in one day. They cleaned up to where you wouldn't have known they had been there. Miguel took special care to protect our carpeting as they worked throughout the house. The windows themselves are of excellent quality as I expected, as this is the fourth home we own in which Window World has replaced all of the windows.
