I had 15 windows, a storm door, and an entry door replaced. Rick and Tara did the installation in a very timely and professional manner, answered all my questions, demonstrated how to open and close them for cleaning, and cleaned up their outside work area. I have white carpets and they were both very mindful to wear the booties in the house and cleaned up after they were finished each room. We did encounter one problem with the interior trim for the basement windows as it did not arrive until 1 day after they finished installing everything. Rick and Tara advised they would return later to finish the job.
I had houseguests coming that weekend and did not get some of the windows cleaned until about a week and a half later. At that time I found that my porch window screen had a small tear in it so I called Window World and they sent Joey out within a week's time with a replacement screen and he had the job done within 30 minutes!
